    Default Condensed Milk / Zero Sugar Coke during induction?

    During induction can I have home made condensed milk (Milk boiled over lower temperature till most is evaporated and semi solid material is left) during induction?
    How about zero sugar coca cola ?

    No condensed milk, you can have heavy cream. The Diet Coke or Coke Zero is a preference. You need to count your sweeteners, and Splenda is the sweetener of choice. I personally do have Diet Coke, but it is something I'm trying to stop drinking.

    The boiled milk will still have the carbs. Don't use it.
