| Hello and welcome, mr and mrs blob! Just wanted to tell you two things. The other day I was forced to eat out and there was only KFC around. I tell you, eating without the bread/skin is the most frustrating thing I've been through! it's VERY messy, and it's also very difficult to avoid the temptation of just wolfing down the skin, as it smells so nice. I really would advise you to try and find somewhere else for lunch. 2nd, I walk around alot at work (hospital), and actually very rarely get the chance to sit, but still I noted better weight loss and feeling of well being when going to the gym. I do about half an hour (cardio exercises). It takes a while to get used to but the idea is to burn 250 calories with exercise. I'll tell you that before all this I was a complete couch potato, coming home from work openning a few packs of crisps and playing video games! It's time to change, and I'm sure you blobs can manage! enjoy! |
