Default I feel guilty....

Hello ADBBers!!

Came back from work today, had a bit of avocado then went to the gym for about an hour. Came back feeling hungry so cooked 2 chicken thighs and some prawn mayonnaise. Had them, and since then i'm feeling REALLY REALLY stuffed!! I know Dr A says not to eat till you're stuffed, but I was suprised that something I could eat before easily is now bothering me! I hope this doesn't slow me down
I decided tomorrow to eat a smaller portion for dinner cos I really don't want to feel like this. It feels like I've got food stuck down my gullet lol...

Just wanted to share with you good people that my appetite has been struck by lightening, and it's scary!

hey! I have been having severe appetite changes also! I skipped breakfast today because I woke up at 11, and couldnt take anything greasy since my tummy has been bothering me, so I had lunch when I woke up..I ate like half of my chicken caesar salad and haven't been hungry all day until now...For dinner I decided to have breakfast...I feel like I'm not eating enough,, but maybe I'm just kind of in shock because I am not eating half of what I used to!

yeah. me too. I've woken up today and I still feel semi-stuffed. It's weird... guess we've got the shrinks! (like mrs twit

gonna have a single stick of celary as breakfast now.

Actually thats considered breakfast. Because if you just woke up, you broke a fast from while you were sleeping.lol

Remember, you don't have to eat breakfast foods for breakfast. I will eat salads or steak at breakfast time. :yes
