Congratulations Jana! There's no better fealing than being able to fit into cloths that didn't fit.....well maybe one better fealing but still, it's right there at the top of the list. |

It is a wonderful thing to have clothes fit you and not have to go up a size. I know what you mean by thoughts of binging. I have them too- especially when I visit my grandparents because they have donuts and cake all over the place! But I realize, that those 30 seconds of happiness will not bring me closer to my goal of health and losing weight. :ThumbsUp

I totally understand about the health issue. The last few days I have had so many cravings for food I can't have and honestly if I only cared about my weight for vaniety I would have caved. But I keep reminding myself how I felt before, headaches were a major issue for me and now they aren't...as well as other things. Great job!
