| Yes, there's a limit to the heavy cream...probably because Dr. Atkins wants you to get your fats from a variety of foods, not just from one splurge of whipping cream a day....that's what I figure anyway..because boy, I could put away a lot of whipping cream if I was allowed to...lol |

| Pete, many foods could read on the packaging "One tablespoon has zero carbs" because it could be something like 0.3 or 0.4 and they just round it down. That means if you eat 3-4 tablespoons, all the carbs add up - see what I mean? Be very wary of foods that list <1g or 0g per tablespoon - it could just be the nutritional panel rounding it down. Having said that, is there an extra column on the nutritional panel that gives a breakdown for "per 100g" or a larger amount than one tablespoon? What's the carb count on that amount? Also note that heavy cream is a dairy food and can cause some to stall - that is why it's limited on Induction but reintroduced back in the OWL dairy rung.

| I really like Fitday because it adds up my fractions of carbs to get a closer count. Because if I'm allowed a certain number of carbs in a given week I'm going to get as close to that number as possible. |
