Linda's low carb site is an excellent resource for both recipes and has a grocery list: http://users3.ev1.net/~fontlady/low_...ping_list.html

that is a link to the list. all of her induction friendly recipes are marked witha *. My favourite recip is the Italian casserole (under 'main dishes' then 'ground beef')

Also, sugar free sheila has a grocery list and is an excellent resource site http://www.sugarfreesheila.com/GroceryList.html

Cream cheese has turned into a staple for me. I love the jalepeno peppers with cream cheese and shredded cheese. I'm pretty sure that Linda's Low Carb site mentioned above has the recipe.

Best of luck with induction!

Induction is pretty basic, so you'll just be sticking to the perimeter of the grocery store for meat, dairy and vegetables.
You'll find your own favourites, but do try and eat a variety of foods off of the Acceptable Foods list so you don't get bored and you get a good range of nutrients. :yes
I couldn't do without my eggs! Two boiled eggs are my usual breakfast, and they're a great quick snack, so keep some boiled up and ready to go in the fridge.
