Since you won't know your CCLL until OWL phase, it's really hard to say how your body will react to the carbs in the bread or how it will react to the bread itself. This is why, some people will tell you they ate donuts or cake during Induction and still remained in ketosis and still lost weight. My CCLL is 45. That means I can eat 40 net carbs daily and still lose weight. So if I wanted I could eat a slice of pizza, still be in ketosis and still lose weight. BUT that doesn't necessarily mean you or anyone else would be able to do that, because our bodies are all different. Do you have to start over again? No. You just pick up where you left off. If yesterday was Day 7 for you, then today is Day 8. Just be aware that your 14 day loss might not be its optimum due to that sandwich. So, pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get back on track.
