| I think what you need to do (besides Induction) is to find a way to make Atkins work so you can stick with it long-term. Getting into some kind of exercise you enjoy like running, biking, hiking etc will help the pounds stay off. (and probably make your figure better than theirs) It's OK to be an emotional eater as long as you eat healthy food. :nod |

| I agree with Iapetus999 - .... find a way to make Atkins work so you can stick with it long-term. When you get emotional grab a piece of cheese, pork rinds, some meat, or something that is acceptable. (Have those things easily available.) Another thing that has helped me stay on track is whenever I say "one bite won't hurt" I think about compliments I have received so far and the fact that this is a goal and I hate when I can't reach my goals - that is emotional for me.
