| I'm really not sure about all of that. I've felt not so great (induction flu) before but I've never actually thrown up. You may want to watch that and see a doc. |

| If this continues, definitely go see a doctor. That doesn't really sound like the usual Induction Flu, it almost sounds like food poisoning, which will usually last a day or so and then it's gone. If you have anything like a fever or chills, see your doctor, and regardless of what you have, keep drinking down the water. Typically day 2/3/4 are days that you'll start feeling Induction Flu and most people say headaches, tiredness and body aches are the most common symptoms as your body withdraws from caffiene, sugar, etc. Throwing up is not so much a symptom although some folks have said they've experienced nausea to a small degree. |
