| that's awesome shiela! For some reason I can not eat fast food salads...I lovvve homemade salads and restaurant salads (not the little dinky side salads, the GOOD ones) I too try to avoid sodium as much as possible, but i do put a tiny bit of salt in my scrambled eggs, and things of that nature. The one time I tried a fast food burger with no bun, I gained a pound! Then realized it was all from the sodium! 600mgs! So I just make my own burgers now...more meat, and it's cheaper

| you can go to the McDonalds website and check the nutritional info for all their foods and check the sodium levels too. they also list ingredients in each item and you can leave out the ones with salt in them when you get yours made if that is an option. Unfortunately the burgers come preseasoned form the meat supplier.

| Don't you just hate that? Don't they tout their beef as being "100% pure"? That has always bugged me ...
