| A lot of people have noticed that. My mood has in general been better since starting this WOE. I don't get that desperately hungry gnawing feeling any more. Meal times are easier if food is running late. Also losing the weight makes you feel good. |

| My husband is a great guy but his moods used to jump up and down. Since we've been on this WOL for over a year his moods are much steadier. Even he noticed. I think it's due to maintaining a steady blood sugar level. One more great thing about Atkins!
