| Do you buy blocks of cheese? If so you can (when you get it home) look at its weight and cut it into equal pieces that you will know the weight of. Say you have bought a pound of cheese then dividing it into half and half again will leave you with 4 pieces each weighing 4 ounces. you could then divide those 4 oz pieces into 4 each to have 16 x one oz pieces.

| Ofcourse that would be the easiest way to do it if I bought blocks of cheese but I dont. What about when I eat out and have to measure teh cheese Im eating. Anyone have other thoughts? |

| a deck of cards? Wow - thats a lot of cheese. BUt I guess Perry is right. 3.5 oz ia about 100 grams and thats cloes to a deck of cards. What about in tablespoons or cubic inches? (Fitday measures cheeses in cubic inches) Thoughts? Start weight 132 Goal weight 120 Height 5'4" Age 32 |

| for hard cheeses an inch cube is 1 ounce table spoons are a volume measure and that one ounce is not the same as a scale weight one ounce measure. We Americans have very tricky measures.
