Hi everyone,

My name is Maya, I am 23 and had given birth to my second daughter Jasmine on April 19, 2005. I also have a 2 ½ year old named Naomi. I went on Atkins from May to August 2004 and was on a roll. I had gone from 235 pounds to 201 pounds but then --- WHAM, found out unexpectedly I was pregnant and kicked the diet for a while. Now that I am 2 months post my c-section and was given the go ahead to exercice and won't be having any more children, I plan on making Atkins one of my priorities. I was 231 pounds the day I went in to give birth to Jasmine. By 2 months post-partum I was 210 pounds. Now I am on Day 7, have not cheated at all (even this past weekend on my trip!!!) and I am down today to 202.

That's Aweosme sounds like you didn't lose any ground from where you were before that is so awesome my hat is off to you cause I gained gained and then gained with all 3 I am finally now getting back to where I was and that's 2 years after the birth of my 3rd WHEW.
