Default Finished 14-day Induction

Okay - I finished my 14-day induction but I've decided to continue.

Now I have been doing the Slim in 6 exercised throughout these 14 days and well they are great!

I feel so energized and I have lost inches already. My body if beginning to feel more toned and my clothes are fitting looser.

When I first started the Slim in 6, I was scared that I wouldn't be able to keep it up. I have made it a point to just take one day at a time. Everyday I feel better and I look at my success so far and this keeps me going.

I love seeing the success stories on this board. Keep up the good work everybody and don't forget if you mess up - it's okay. Just start again - the main thing is to keep going.

what is 6 in Slim?

congrats on loosing the inches! Isn't that so much better than weighing on the scale? I find the tape measure so satisfying.
