| Sorry...but it's time to move on to maintenece...no line no waiting!!!! The health of your baby is more important than anything else. I'm sure there's info over in the pregnancy forum. Congratulations on the little one!!!! How exciting!

| Move to maintenance immediately, but there are still things that you can do. Continue with your exercise, talk with doc about the diet as he may recommend portion control. |

| You already got the best advise. It can be done. I have seen several babies born to women following Atkins maintenance. Sometimes life just gets in the way of the best laid plans. Not always in a bad way either..... Congratulations!!! |

| No sugar or refined carbs. Eat all healthy whole grains, low-glycemic fruits and limit your starches. Take your vitamins and continue exercising. AND CONGRATULATIONS!!
