| I think this is normal. I'm the same way. Some days I'm not really hungry and end up only eating around 1000 cals....then other days I am starving at eat closer to 2500-3000. Definitely eat! Feed your hunger. It helps to boost metabolism as well. Eat anything Induction legal and within your limits. I find that a high fat protein snack is the most filling for me. |

| Dr. Atkins says in his book, if you are hungry, eat! I've been on this WOE since 2/22/05. I've lost 40 pounds, I have had periods where I could hardly eat and times when I could eat everything in sight. The thing that I have learned is to listen to my body and feed it when it's hungry. I'll have some deviled eggs, some cocktail shrimp or some celery with cream cheese on it. Go ahead, eat! You might discover that it helps with your weight loss!

| All great advice! Do eat from the induction list when you are hungry. I don't know why but some days I am hungrier than other days. This seems to be the norm. I like to snack on deviled eggs too, when the hunger hits. Drink more water can help too. |

| I go thru stages where I can barely force myself to eat. And then stages where I am STARVING! When hungry, I eat.

| Oh yes, drink lots of water, I also like to eat chicken wings with hot sauce, blue cheese dressing and celery, it really hits that hunger spot!

| Definately EAT... Again... Anything for the induction list... Your body is telling you to eat... I'm with the others here... I eat wings or deviled eggs or an egg cream or a piece of low carb cheesecake(I make my own)... And water is my friend!

| Thank you soooo much friends! I got through yesterday ok and did not cheat! I stepped on the scale this am (my 14th day...) and GUESS WHAT... I have LOST 9 pounds..... | I recommend that you check out, OWL(On-going weight loss). You have 9 pounds to go to get to your goal. You need to figure you CCL so you will be prepared for pre-maintance and then on to Maintance!!! WTG. You are doing a fine job on your new way of life. Happy Low Carbing!!! |
