| That 'suppression of appetite' effect of ketosis is weird, isn't it? Never before Atkins have I had to remember to eat!! Some people find they can change to having more snacks throughout the day if they find it hard to eat 'regular' meals at set times. I find if I have a bottle with a 'sports top' and refill it as soon as I empty it I can get through more water. With the bottle at my elbow at work I can take a slug of water every few minutes instead of having to get up and fetch a glass of water.
