| hey nomore... I wouldn't worry *tooo* much about a stall after losing 50 pounds, from what I've read around here people often stall several times on their way down, sometimes for a long time. But, you're doing pretty much what they do to kickstart it - go back on induction! So, you're on the right track and bbq sauce won't hurt you in the long run - might just mess you up for a couple of days if anything. I'm on day 7 right now myself, so i'm with you! I had 2 vodka-sodas on friday night, but other than that i've been good.
