Hello everyone. I have started Aktins WOE yesterday. This is day two and I am feeling great. I had started Weight Watchers last year at a whooping weight of 402. I have been able to get down to 367 but have stalled big time. In the last 6 months, my weight has not moved. Another reason I decided to start Atkins is because of my diabetes and my Dr. recommended I do this. I really look forward to reading all the useful information this board has to offer.
