| I drink Arizona Diet Green Tea. It's made with Splenda and I think it's yummy! just don't go overboard with it, you are only allowed to have 3 servings of Splenda a day, I usually drink water all day and with breakfast & lunch, then I have the tea with my dinner for a treat. I very rarely drink diet soda. Hope you can find it, I think you will like it, post back and let me know.

| green tea is a thermogesic and will increase your metabolic rate slightly as will eating any food that is a thermgesic such as hot peppers.

| I have replaced my morning coffee with plain green tea. I love it! It tastes great, in fact I tried it with Splenda and it was too sweet. I've heard it can also help lower cholesterol. |

| yep there are chemicals in all teablack or green that lower LDL. Chemicals in coffee that make it go up. YIKES!!!!!!!!

| Yikes is right! Here I was trying to lower my cholesterol and I was drinking a cup, sometimes two a day that was totally combatting what I was trying to do in the first place! Silly me. But I'm on the right track. My cholesterol was down 22 pts in May so I'm going to get tested again in a few months and hopefully with the weight loss, green tea, no coffee and exercise it will be lower : ) |
