| No shakes, bars, or other "low carb" packaged products on induction. Stay away from them! They may cause you to stall, having uncontrollable cravings, and other problems. Stick to the book and the list of acceptable foods ONLY!

| Shakes unfortunately tend to stall, but some do lose while incorporating them. Just to be safe and to avoid any malarkey, I would nix them during Induction and stick with the rules. By the way, I love Boots and that sugar-free brand as well. Their chocolate bars are spectacular. Here's a photo of me taken at the Boots in Greenock last month! I'm a La Roche-Posay/Vichy/Garnier/Ombrelle fiend, so drugstores outside the U.S. I just love.
