| We need more info: What is your BMR? How many calories did you consume? What were your protein, fat and carb percentages? This may not be enough calories. Need to add a high protein, high fat snack 2 x a day, in my opinion!!!!! But first, give us the info requested above.....

| We definitely need more info! Check your numbers by putting your foods into Fitday, and here's a link to help you understand it. It'll help you see where you need to tweak your foods. http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5235 Quote:
