Traveling to Asian Countries on Atkins (noodles!)

OK.

I want to go back to Thailand in the next few months. By then though I'll in either OWL or lifetime maintenance.

There are carbs EVERYWHERE! Noodles, rice, etc.

That and its GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!

What should I do!?

I mean the seafood is good too but I can only eat so much of it until I'll want some rice or something.

Avoid the noodles and rice on your dishes. The noodle based dishes are essentially veggies and some kind of protein. So avoid the starch.
