| How about ..... Shrimp cocktail?? MMMmmmm...... Steamed Clams? OK, cheaper, Cheese, pepperoni, deviled eggs, pickles, rolled up lunchmeat, celery and cream cheese or peanut butter (yuk ptooie peanut butter! LOL) Tuna fish, egg salad... OK I am getting hungry now!!!! LOL |

| NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO shakes or bars. NO NO NO! NO! And again NO! Devilled eggs. Chopped cucumber with blue cheese dressing. Mozzarella sticks. Stuffed mushrooms. Chicken wings. Smoked salmon rolled around cream cheese. Black olives. Artichoke hearts.

| Um, whats wrong with the atkins shakes and bars? They are ok in induction. At least thats what the official website says. Oh, question about walnuts. I read the package and it says 3 carbs, 3 fiber which would equal 0 net carbs. But, I look at the carb counter and it says .9 carbs per (I forget). What do I believe?

| According to this list, bars and shakes are not permitted on Induction.

But the nuts have to go apparently. So that answers that question. Does this mean, since I have had nuts, do I start over?
