| You can buy the chopped broccoli if frozen and it would fit into a cup measure if it would work better for you. I like to use fresh and mostly eyeball it as my fist equals a cup measure. I cut it up into small florets. |

| fitday.com will help with that. It will tell you the amount of chopped or a stalk or a bunch so you can pretty much tell what your eating. it will even give you the carbs for 6 spinach leaves or 1 cherry tomato. If you haven't tried it, its pretty frustrating at first but once you get the hang of it, you can plug all your foods right in. And its free. |

| use the water displacement method get a 2 cup measurer add one cup of water and then your brocolli. If it says 1.5 cups you got .5 cups of broccolli. Happy low carbing.
