| I strongly suggest that you follow the plan as written and move into OWL and increase your food choices! Great job on the losses so far! Betty

| yes. Don't cheat and have fruit. Its worth it. Would you rather have fruit or would you rather loose the 30lbs?! Your choice! Also read the book. If you want to go on OWL you will be able to have fruit in a few more weeks. I'm going to stay on induction for another week at least. |
