New here and first day induction...

Hi I'm new here. Today is my first day of induction. It's ok so far, not too hard yet. I really don't want the dreaded flu thing. LOL.

LOL, chances are you'll get the induction flu. Once you get passed that, it's like a peice of induction friendly cake, lol. Good luck

I think almost everyone experiences the induction flu. It passes though.

I didn't have any real symptoms except major cravings in the first 48 hours. I did drink a ton of water though, like 2 gallons a day to start. I think this helped with the induction symptoms and every time I had a craving, I would just dring more water. Lots of trips to the bathroom!!

I don't remember having this of course I kind of screwed up my induction by not doing a clean induction at first. My flu was probably mild I think.

The caffeinne withdraw really hit me though. For 3-4 days I was a zombie.

Today August 11th 2005 is my first induction day. Any buddies starting today as well? I need a lot of support, this is probably my 3rd attempt at 2weeks induction.
