| Be careful about skipping meals. Don't go hungry. This causes your blood sugar to fall and can cause cravings. One main point of Atkins is to stabilize your blood sugar. My advice is to read the book.. read a lot of the posts on this forum especially the FAQ and to use fitday.com for a while and measure everything. Don't worry. This diet RULES and you'll loose fast. It just works. Problem solved |

| Keep it up ...you can do it!! Congrats on your success so far. I was shopping today (I am starting induction Thursday) and noticed that they have tuna in a sealed bag that you can keep on the shelve. Also I know you can get mayo in little packages. Might be an idea to keep something like that on hand in your draw at work....just a thought.... You can do it!!

| No...it wasn't freeze dried...it felt soft. It was in the food section in Walmart...in Canada. Ready to eat.

| The tuna in the pouch is great! Starkist, chicken of the sea, and walmart all have their own version. I think it tastes better than the canned and you don't have to drain it either.

| Leftovers are handy for lunch the next day, so consider cooking extra to have on hand. If you don't have a fridge available at work, pack a small cooler. Be sure to include some snack stuff, like veggies and dip, egg salad, etc. Tuna salad with boiled egg is great! ~ Linda
