Re-Started Today, "I'm very grateful to be back on track!"

**NIKKI** IS BACK
ON TRACK

A quick reality check put her back into focus, and
on track with her re-found WOL, as Atkineers
fondly speak of.

"I didn't want to fall off, I just gave into the pressure of indulging
into one of my old time favorites, candy." Says Nikki humbly
about going off of her Atkins WOE. "I think everything happens for
a reason, and I've learned a lot about myself in general while cheating.
For one I know the love of candy is my downfall, I cannot give into
eating like that for a lifetime. Two I know that exercise is imperative
to my success." Nikki says as her eyes shine with hope. "This time
around I have a different approach and attitude. Before I was losing
weight for other people, now I'm losing it for my health, and my
personal appearance because I want to be around for a long time and
feel good looking at myself while I'm here." "I can't stress enough
how much the power of prayer helps and works! I had to get on my
knees and pray to the Lord to help me lose this weight and to get
back on track, and again He has helped me and I'm so very grateful
right now, that He heard my cry and has rescued me once again."

Nikki realize how great the Atkins approach has been for her, luckily
she gained only 5 lbs. while off the WOE, I can see the puffiness in her
face from not drinking the daily intake of water she once was. But, she
had her breakfast this morning along with water and her Vitamins. I see
a change in her attitude for the better, and that is where it begins. She
is such an inspiration and like the saying goes, "Its not that I've failed
a thousand times, I've succeeded a thousand times by never giving up."

WELCOME back so proud of you for not giving in and getting back to it. I too have ben there and I too have suceeded.

Yeah, all that really matters is you got back on track. I liked the lil story too, & make sure you drink all your water; wouldn't want anymore puffiness in the face
