Appetite suppression is not uncommon when a person is in ketosis. Given what the book says about keeping your blood sugar levels on an even keel, you do need to eat at least every six hours.
Try having smaller meals and think of it as 'topping up the tank'. When I say 'meal' it doesn't mean you have to fill your plate, it can just mean 3 or four bites. A piece of cheese with some deli meat or a few strips of red pepper with blue cheese dip...think
quality when it comes to your meals and always try to have have a protein/fat combo. Try planning out your snacks for the day and just have a few bites of something every few hours to make sure you get your required amounts of veggies in. Keep track of everything at Fitday so that you know you are where you need to be. Here's a link to help you with that.

Not eating is not going to help you lose weight, and I think you know that.
Breakfast is extremely important as it jump starts your metabolism for the day and gets you on that track to burning fat, so really work on having something more than a few bites then.
I find that eating every few hours is way better for me than the three square meals a day. I eat less at dinner and I just feel calmer during my day and I don't get that frantic feeling when I've gone without eating too long.
