Aaah the Quiet Storm Trooper  Nikki likey. Come on we've got so much work to do with our WOE/WOL and so many like minded members here to help us with support and bouncing our  crazy thoughts off each other sometimes. You're past the first step of announcing and taking action, now let our WOE do its thing and melt the fat. I'm so glad you're back Amanda   .

I'm back(again) 
I quit for the holidays and never went back on. Today, I decided I want to be fit and healthy for the rest of my life, so I decided to do atkins again. My first goal is the weight I was when I quit, which is 25 pounds lighter than I am now. Nobody knows I'm doing it this time though, I want to suprise everyone. So, wish me luck!
