| Hi Elsie! I don't have PCOS but my starting stats are very close to yours. I think 150 is very attainable for you! The only difficult part is us shorties tend to lose slowly so be careful not to get discouraged. You're going to do great!

| Congrats on your first day! The first three or four are the most difficult, what with Induction Flu (some get it, some don't) and adjusting to the need to cook more, think about what you are eating, etc. Before you know it, this woe will be automatic for you and you will be feeling absolutely fantastic!

| Thanks Finelly! Darn it...I am one of those with induction flu. At least I think it is. My head is hurting. I had a Migraine my first day and then an almost one everyday since. So am pretty sure it is induction flu and not left over from my Migraine. Hope it passes soon! EVEIL SUGAR GET OUT OF MY BODY NOW!! btw...looking at your measurements I am glad I took mine what incentive that must give you to continue with your journey. Keep up the good work!
