Off Topic- but need support so I don't eat

This is going to sound a little nuts but today has been so stressful... It appears as if someone has taken my little bassett hound dubya... We saw him yesterday morning and no one has seen him since. I have cried and cried... I just know in my heart that someone has taken him... I can just feel it...

So all day long I've wanted to just shove food in my mouth... I've craved and craved and I hadn't done that in days. I just want to go to the Shoney's buffet bar and bury my face in a big ole bowl of mashed potatoes...

Don't mean to go on and on but today has been very emotional. I've cried and made posters and cried and drive around and cried and called people, oh by the way did I mention that I've cried all day...

I'm so sorry to hear about this. Please remember that food won't help you find him. I would cry too...crying is o.k. Keep looking...keep hoping. When I was a kid we had a poodle that used to take off and we'd have to spend a couple of days looking for her. Don't lose hope! It is tempting to bury our sorrows in old comfort food but if you eat something off plan you'll just feel even worse. It won't help at all. If you don't mind...I'll pray for the safe return of your dog.

We just got a puppy a few months ago too so I can understand how you would feel.
