| Congrats on the 1 week! It's seems you have the right frame of mind going in to this trip. Good for you! Stay strong. I guess the only answer would be to pack a cooler full of good stuff like...chicken salad, olives, cheese cubes and celery sticks! |

| Cheese crackers for nibbles and flax crackers to spread cream cheese on or use with dips. Have you got a cooler you can take? Those plugin car ones are good. If not then fill some bottles of water to a bit below the top and freeze them beforehand. With them in amongst your food it will keep cool and as the ice melts you will have chilled water to drink too!

| Just a heads up if you are trying to do a clean induction...no nuts allowed. How about Slimjims?

| If you have cooler, hard boiled eggs, a small jar of mayo, cold grilled chicken, sliced roast beef, lettuce and other veggies will all travel nicely. Just remember to bring paper plates and forks and knives with you.
