| OMG! 12 lbs in your first week? WOO HOOO! You must be absolutely floating on air. Glad you are getting through the withdrawal phase - from now on, it will be smooth sailing and you should be getting a terrific burst of energy and a general sense of well-being anytime now. The next week you may not lose as much, but don't worry. When we drop a whopping amount, our body needs to adjust a bit, and then gets right back into losing mode! I hope you are taking your measurements every 2 weeks, because no matter WHAT the scale says, the inches will be melting off!!!!! You're doing GREAT!

| Thanks everyone for your support! It means alot to me. Also thank you finelly for reminding me to take down my measurements. I had forgotten to do that but as soon as I read your post I did exactly that. I was so excited because I was able to ride my exercise bike for 20 min tonight. Before I didn't really exercise because I was too tired all of the time, but I hope that the more I exercise the more my body will enjoy it. Joann Start Date 8/13/05 282/270/150 |
