Day 4 and no cheats yet!

Hi everyone.
Sorry to bore you with my mundane updates, but I feel less likely to cheat if i know that people know exactly what progress im making.

not getting sick when i eat my dinner anymore ,yay!
Did forty mins cardio this morning and plan on going for a walk at lunch time.

At nighttime before dinner i usually wander into the kitchen and snack, but since DAy 1 I havent felt like doing that at all. Well maybe once i did, but i simply grabbed a good book and went to bed to read.

No major whooshies yet, and still feeling bloated in the tum tum but my mouth tastes gross and i am waiting for the whoosh fairy to plop on my doorstep anyday now!

Savannah, That is what our board if for. If it helps you to post and be accountable do it all you need to. Have you thought about starting a journal in the journal forum? Although you arw welcome to post anywhere if you post in the journal forum you will be able to see your progress and go back and see all your posts.

Mu biggest downfall is the weekend though, gonna be very very tough esp since its a long weekend and my boyfriend is taking me away. But i already called up the hotel restaurant and asked them to email me the menu! Its all in the planning.
