| Wow.. flax muffins.. they sound good! I'll have to make one! Where do I find the recpie!? I'm looking in the recipe section and can't find it. Also.. how many did you have? Is it too much fiber to have 3 or so (I think you have to count flax as a little bit of fiber right?) |

Print it out if you can! I use about 1TB of cinnamon instead of 2 (thats just crazy). They are very yummy and I think without flax, I wouldn't be able to do this diet. It is very helpful on the fiber, plus if you prepare it right, its very easy to fake your brain into thinking you're eating "comfort food".
