| No idea. Nobody knows, except your body, and it follows its own schedule. Cleochatra lost 19 lbs or something in 2 weeks. It's taken me 10 weeks to lose 18 lbs, but I've dropped 3 clothing sizes, so I don't give a rats patootey about what the scale says!

| I guess its possible do whut I do...do mini goals of 10 pounds at a time and only worry about gettin to the end of that 10 pounds...and it won't be as hard...drink tons of water and limit the amount of pop u drink...or don't drink any if u really wanna get down to business...or you could do the M/E fast...

| It depends on your body and how strict you are. One thing I noticed more than the 11 lbs that i lost during induction was the number of inches I lost, and that my 'sugar' bloat went away. I'm not quite into the next size yet, but my clothes seem to be fitting better! Good luck! |

| You are female, have a lot to lose. If you stay on strict induction yo ucould lose 15 by oct 8. 20 inside 2 months, no problem.

| Oh, in a perfect world.... but this is reality so I won't say "no problem". Some women (men too) have a very tough time losing at all. The metabolically resistant thing. You probably aren't in that category, but it's still hard to guess how fast it'll come off. Do what was advised with water, exercise, supplements and making that 10 pound mini-goal. Also take full body photos of yourself and take your measurements. The scale doesn't always tell the true story. You might not lose 20 pounds, yet look like you have! | I think you can do it! I lost 11 pounds in two weeks (and my start weight is the same as your current weight) so it is possible if you stick to the plan. You can do it!!! |

| I lost 21 pounds in one week, but I was so fat that I looked like I ate a battalion of National Guardsmen. Just so you know.

| well, my first go round i did 30lbs in 10 weeks and plan on doing so again. 2 - 3lbs a week is a safe realistic goal for anyone to have that has a bit to lose.... as long as they are strict, drink their water, and exercise. -Erik
