| Are you exercising? Drinking a lot of water (64 ounces plus 8 extra for every 25 pounds you have to lose)? If so, and you're following this way of eating faithfully (meaning no more sauces on your kebab--*lol*), you are doing all you can on this WOE! Stick with it and you'll be looking pretty wonderful for those wedding pictures, Steve.

| Congrats on the wedding to come and the great progress. resistance training wil assist in losing the fat mass you are carrying while improving your metabolism even if it does add some muscle weight to your frame. Aerobics can do wonders for fat burning too. Remember when you stand up in from of all your friends family and bride to be nobody will see the scale number all they are going to see is the healthier smaller you. Happy low carbing.
