| ok i'm confused....not difficult.....you can have swiss cheese right.....if its in the block or shredded?

| Get an Arby's Giant Roast Beef and ditch the bun. Go to Subway and ask for your sandwich without bread. They always put some scoops of tuna in a cup for me and that makes me happy....... Quiznos has great salads. In 'N' Out burger will make you a burger wrapped in lettuce. Denny's will give you bacon and eggs without hashbrowns, etc. You're right. It's best to avoid eating out at fast food places, but if ya gotta, then ya gotta. Just make really careful choices and know which places are near to you. I'd do subway or arby's over any burger joint.
