| I drink herbal peppermint tea when I feel so sick that the thought of an egg makes me want to yak. Keep taking the fluids, and rest! You might also try an over-the-counter pill for cold relief. Since we can't take things such as Vicks liquids, the pills are an extreme aid for relief of symptoms. I hope you're feeling better very soon!

| When I get sick I just worry about getting better. I mean it's not an excuse to go crazy or anything, but if I need to eat crackers or get a medicine with sugar in it... I do it. I can always get back on plan when I'm better. I recently had a terrible sore throat and I sucked on Cream Cheese a lot. Didn't hurt too much going down and I got something down. Hope you are feeling better soon.

| You could always cook veggies and even meat and use a food processor to make them into a nourishing soup - maybe add some butter and cream as well.

| That's what I was going to suggest...open a can of chicken broth, cook some veggies (broccoli, garlic, onion, cauliflower, dill, zucchini, whatever you have) and then puree it when the veggies are very soft. Adding some cream or cheese in is good too. |

| Yah I agree with the above, not eating anything won't help you get better either you know, drink a lot of water and make some soup to at least get some good nutrients in.
