| Hi and welcome to induction! Basically, you need to check the ingredients list on items and if they are not on the acceptable food lists for induction they're probably not allowed. I'm not sure what International Delight is, so can't help you specifically. Pork rinds are ok! Just check the ingredients because some of the flavoured ones contain sugar. Be aware that they have a lot of salt and may cause you to retain water. Check the serving size on the bag. Hope that helps. |

| I'm excited for you! Why bother with watery overprocessed gruel when you can use whipping cream? Whipping cream is just so much thicker, heavier, creamier and yummier... I put a tablespoon of whipping cream in my daily decaf. The important thing while on induction is to stick to the foods on the acceptable foods list, eat plenty of good food, count your carbs and avoid cheating so that your body will fall firmly into ketosis and stay there. Good luck! |
