| Sounds like induction flu to me........Read the sticky on Induction Flu (somewhere on this board!) and keep drinking that water. Your body is detoxing from all the nasty carbs and sugars.

| I agree with Wannabe that's not enough food you need to eat more but, feeling that way is very normal it's detoxing. This isn't like other WOEs where you have to starve eat to feel satisfied and never hungry. Maybe you just weren't feeling well try to eat a bit more tomorrow to keep up your strength. It also looks as if your menu may be protein challenged. Sarah

| I agree. Try to eat more. Perhaps several small meals throughout the day as opposed to three meals. You'll feel better soon. Hang in there. |

| You might find having frequent snacks suit your body better than trying to put a day's worth of food into only 2 meals.
