| Hi and welcome Sounds like salt. Are you drinking enough water? You should be drinking 64oz plus 8 more for every 25 lbs you need to loose. If you dont drink enough your body will try to hold on to what you have instead of letting it go.

| Some people find that when their 'time of the month' (TOM) is due they tend to bloat. Usually it goes away in a few days though.

| u know what mehr? if i weigh myself at night i am suppose 133 lbs and if i weigh myself when i wake upi am 2/3 lbs lighter i retain alot of water and it is normal,our desi recipies have loads of spices if we cook meat it must be the water retention i am sure ,just dont lose your hearty u are doing great.
