| That doesn't sound like you over-did to me. Altogether, you're looking at possible 6-8 carbs, probably 4 net. I'd say get one more induction-friendly serving in there, and make sure you spread it out during the day, especially if you find you are hungry or have cravings due to that much of a carb shock in one sitting.

| Ive not eaten anything else but a hard boiled egg this morning. Ill add a salad to tonights steak and looks like ill be ok. thanks!

| my guestimate would be you have at least 1 cup and 3/4th a cup of veggies to go for the day. congratulations for eating fish. i love fish. i want everyone to eat it! all you you! follow the blonds example and go eat some fish now. move it!!!! |
