Help: Tic Tac

I've been on induction for 3 days and this morning I had a business meeting popped 1 tic tac for the bad breath and got a headache. Are Tic Tacs ok? They have 0 Carbs.

Don't tic tacs have sugar in them? I use those breath strips when my breath seems too funky. The headache could be part of induction flu. It usually hits around the 3rd or 4th day. Tiredness, headachey, etc. Nothing to do but drink lots of water and get through it. Then you'll feel great!

No tic-tacs. They do have sugar. they're candy dressed up as something resembling Listerine.

Yes, it does have sugar. I will not use that and buy some breath strips instead.

I have found a brilliant breath spray called retarDEX. I don't know if you can get it in the States? It's pretty expensive but the toothpaste and mouthwash and spray really banish any sign of ketobreath!
