| I WOULD RATHER AVOID THAT FOOD,remember the only sugar we are supposed to consume is from sachhrine,and dont forget to add it as 1 carb=one packet or one teaspoon in your daily allowance.best of luck!

| LOL.. there is a jar of vanilla flavored sugar on my counter that says, carbs-0... gotta love the USDA and the labelling guidelines... Sugar means carbs... -ose means carbs.. maybe not a whole carb per serving, but still, a part of one, and the parts can add up! |
