| Hi Nikki Looks like you are well in ketosis but you might do better with the eating thing if you have some 'real' food instead of the shake. As to whether you move on to OWL or extend induction (which I assume is what you ask about at the end of your post) it will depend on how much you want to lose for the main. If you (and other new members) can add some details to your signature block like start/current/goal weight stats plus your gender/age/height it would help others give meaningful responses. For instance I once told a guy that his weight gain of a few pounds might be due to the 'time of the month' as his nickname could have been for a male or female member!! If you dont want to reveal the actual numbers then perhaps say how much in total you want to lose instead. To add these details you need to click on the link at the top 'User CP' then click on 'Edit signature'.
