| As with any new food, check to see if the ingredients are on the Acceptable Foods List. If it ain't on the list, don't eat it. I doubt that International Delight would be allowable, it's probably full of monopolywhatevertheyare's. You can use heavy whipping cream and splenda in your coffee though...add some cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to it if you want flavour....mmmm...it's good! |

| Ooh...pumpkin spice flavored coffee again...favorite around this time of year. Never thought of making my own with the pumpkin pie spice! Sounds like a plan for tomorrow AM.

| I've started experimenting with my coffee by adding different "extracts". They come in all flavors besides vanilla, such as chocolate, rum, almond and butter pecan. It only takes about 1/2 tsp in your cup along with the cream and splenda, and YUM!!! |

| FYI--I checked the ingredients list for the International Delight with Splenda (the Hazelnut flavor) and the first ingredient is WATER, but the second ingredient is SUGAR!!! Splenda (a.k.a. sucralose) is one of the LAST ingredients. I also did a search for Coffee Mate Sugar-free liquid creamer and the first ingredient listed is water, and the second is CORN-SYRUP! There is some *** next to it and it says that it adds a "Negligible amount of sugar." If CORN SYRUP = SUGAR, how can the amount be NEGLIGIBLE??? Best to stick with cream and splenda and add your own spices, like everyone else here said.
