| For the initial 14 days, I would suggest staying away from them so you can get a good clean Induction done. After that, it's up to you. Ideally it would be great if you could find sugar-free bacon, and make your own bacon bits, but that's pretty hard. If you are eating a sprinkling of them once in a while, and you don't notice any weird cravings after you've eaten them, you're probably going to be fine, but watch your portion control on these. |
